What are your leasing office hours?
We are open 6 days a week, from 10 AM to 5 PM. Closed on Sundays.
(Virtual appointments only until further notice).
Can I schedule a tour of the models?
Yes, we’d love to meet you! Please call us at (631) 223-4165 to schedule your tour.
Is the Vistas a gated community?
Yes, the Vistas is a gated community with 24-hour video surveillance.
Amenities
Is the Vistas pet friendly?
Yes, we allow two pets per home and have an on-site dog park. Pet fee is $50/month.
Does the Vistas have a fitness center?
Yes, we have a fully equipped gym and yoga studio located in the Clubhouse.
Is there on-site parking?
Yes. Every apartment comes with 1 assigned parking
spot and there are plenty of additional spots throughout the community.
The Townhome comes with a one-car garage.
Does the Vistas have a pool and outdoor area?
Yes, The Vistas has an expansive outdoor amenities area including a Grand Patio with a heated pool, sundeck, fireplace, grilling stations, walking/biking trails, and an onsite dog-walking park.
Is the Vistas maintenance-free living?
Yes, all interior and exterior maintenance is taken care of for you. Professionally manicured lawns and gardens in addition to our white glove snow removal service, are just examples of the resort-style, maintenance-free lifestyle we have here at The Vistas of Port Jefferson.
In addition, we have an on-site superintendent and maintenance staff to address any maintenance issues and 24-hour maintenance to attend to any resident emergency.

Is there any shopping in the area?
Yes, The Vistas is centrally-located to ample shopping and dining including Uncle Giuseppes, Starbuck’s, “big box” retailers, and the many boutiques and fine restaurants downtown Port Jefferson, including Danford’s, Pasta Pasta, Toast Coffeehouse, The Steam Room, The Pie, Ruvo, and many more to suit the most discerning palates and tastes!
Is there public transportation nearby?
Yes, the Port Jefferson Station LIRR is just minutes away, as well as a number of bus stops. If you’re in need of Ferry service to Bridgeport, CT, it’s just under a 10 minute ride down to the Port Jefferson Ferry.
